Welcome to your source of planned giving information through the Texas A&M Foundation.

Are you of the 70% or one of the 30%? About 70% of Americans have no will. Of those that do, about 70% have outdated wills.

An up-to-date will is good planning. If you do not have a will, how would this impact your family and others that you care about? An outdated will can be almost as bad as having no will at all. One of the wonderful things about your will is that it gives you peace of mind, knowing that you have provided for your family and others you care for.

The Texas A&M Foundation Office of Gift Planning is here to serve you as you decide which plan is best for you, your family, and the others you wish to benefit. Please contact us and we can provide you information and assistance to you and your advisor as you consider and implement your plan.

Bequests are one of the most popular ways to plan a gift to benefit Texas A&M University. Many Aggies like you have included a gift to the Texas A&M Foundation in their will or living trust. Please take a moment and read the stories of some of our Aggie friends who have done just that.

Benefits For Family and Texas A&M

There are several types of gift plans. Many of these plans have wonderful benefits for the donors. Many of these families have enjoyed increased income and generous tax savings. You might start by meeting these Aggie friends. Just click on the picture and you can view each story.

Benefiting Aggies Forever
Jim McBride's '62 planned IRA gift first will endow eight, four-year General Rudder scholarships for students in the Corps of Cadets. McBride's gift will also provide for the Corps of Cadets Center with the remainder benefiting The Association of Former Students. More on Benefiting Aggies Forever >>.

The Life Estate
Clifton Pfeil '50 and his wife, Lenette, have long wanted to find a way to support the university that has meant so much to them over the years. After establishing a veterinary practice more than five decades ago in South Texas, the couple found they could best help Texas A&M with the deed to their home and clinic rather than with money. More on The Life Estate >>.

Land of Opportunity
The 800-plus acres of land near Paige have been in Allan A. Marburger's family for more than 120 years. By establishing a bequest of real estate through the Texas A&M Foundation, Marburger '60 has taken the necessary steps to ensure these important natural resources will benefit his adopted family-Texas A&M University's College of Agriculture and Life Science. To This Day I Eat Supper and Go Study
Radford's charitable annuity trust is a boon for Corps of Cadets. More on To This Day I Eat Supper and Go Study >>.
